Wayne Jones - Mr. Jones has extensive knowledge and over 30 years experience in Real Estate and Financing.  A brief summary includes SBA, commercial and residential development, land sales, loan syndication, business consulting/restructuring and securities work.  He has successfully completed numerous real estate and lending projects in Arizone, Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico.  Licenses currently held include his Arizona Real Estate Broker's License, Colorado Real Estate Broker's License and a Nevada Mortgage Broker's License.

Dean Jones - Having over 12 years experience in sales and finance, Dean is our Business Development Officer.  His background in Real Estate and business development opportunities will assist in all levels of customer service, procedures and the collection of all loan and real estate documents required to comply with our available financing options.  Dean will be involved in all aspects of operations and management of the Nevada and Colorado offices.

Jeff Hildebrandt  - An expert in small business financing and lending, Jeff has helped thousands of businesses with their financing needs.  Previously he ran the SBA small business development department at LaJolla Bank in Nevada.  Jeff is a certified instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Division and the Mortgage Lending Division to instruct a 3 hour continuing education course ‘SBA Financing for Commercial and Business Opportunity Sales’.  He started his career with Merrill Lynch in New York City while representing firms such as Prudential Bache, Bear Stearns and Great Western Bank.  Jeff joins OCI Funding as Executive Director of Training for new SBA Consultants and continuing education for all staff development.

JaCee DeMartino
  - 14 years experience in the mortgage finance industry, JaCee has an extensive back ground in all aspects of lending.  She began her career with Fleet Mortgage and rose quickly to executive administrative and management levels.  Most recently her responsibilities included marketing, consulting on loan packaging and servicing, as an Account Executive for the Nevada market as she continually provided the leadership and high production levels for SunTrust Mortgage.  Prior to her wholesale mortgage efforts, she was the Branch Operations Manager for a high producing mortgage branch for DHI Mortgage, a DR Horton Company.  JaCee joins OCI Funding as Chief Production Officer in consulting with all new business clients and SBA Consultant development for all OCI Funding national markets.

Michele Cruz – Has an extensive background in processing and underwriting.  This includes; Residential - Conventional, FHA, VA; Commercial; SBA and USDA.  She provides clients with superior leadership, has great attention to detail allowing the clients and banks a smooth and flawless transaction.  Previously Michele worked for home builders in Nevada, managing a pipeline of 75-100 loans a month consistently for 3 years funding on average $41 million a month.  Michele joins OCI Funding as Lead Production Officer in completing the applications, collecting all client documentation, completing cash flow analysis and compiling the credit memorandums on all files for all OCI Funding national markets.
